If you asked little me what I wanted to do when I grew up, the answer would never be the same. It changed from veterinarian to teacher, then artist, and at one point I was convinced I’d become a genealogist. Writing never even made the list.

While I never ended up pursuing any of those careers, I am so glad this is where I’ve landed.

When I started writing Beneath the Iron Stars, I felt like I was finally connecting with who I was meant to be. So much of who I am is built from meaningful stories, and I hope with the ones I write I can make an impact on others

I write romantasy full of difficult choices, slow-burn romance, and characters who love with everything they have. Chances are, if you like ancient castles, morally grey characters (and the occasional one who’s wandered far past grey), found family, and scenes that make you stare into space for a while, we will probably get along just fine.
